Du Plessis & Van der Westhuizen Inc. is a medium-sized law firm of “new breed of attorneys”.

We are driven by the motto of client satisfaction through service excellence. It is our undertaking to provide the finest, tailor-made solutions to the unique problems experienced by individual clients.

Located in Rustenburg, we have recently moved to our new offices at 2 Edam Avenue Waterval East ext. 37, on the Main Road R24 towards the N4 and Waterfall Mall.

What we do

We strive to simplify the law in a broad spectrum of departments, consisting of eight attorneys and a total support staff of 26 individuals.

The firm provides general legal services, with special departments established in the sectors of conveyancing, administration of deceased estates, estate planning, commercial law, litigation, criminal law, and debt collection.
